The meeting will be held to discuss and answer questions on the proposed dues increase and other pertinent financial matters.
We encourage all homeowners to attend this meeting, as your comments in this meeting will figure in to the committee's final decision regarding the dues increase.

This is the only blog to answer your news letter for July 2008 - I agree with the additional fee you are going to charge, however, if you are going to add landscaping and hire out the lawn maintenance you HAVE TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT THAT THE LAWN IS WATERED or our money is going for naught. Does it make sense to mow a dead lawn or to put in landscaping that most certainly will die if you do not water these items.
I'm very sorry Rodger - I didn't see your comment waiting to be posted to the blog until just today. I'm still new at this - I apologize. It wasn't that we didn't want it posted, I just didn't know it had been set to have a moderator okay it before it actually posted. I'll try to keep better tabs on these.
